All students must agree to Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy Terms & Conditions.

• Course fee is payable prior to starting the course. 50% deposit on booking, 50% balance paid on the first day of the course. In the event of cancellation Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy reserve the right to charge an admin free.
• It is the responsibility of all the applicants to ensure that the course they are applying for is relevant to their needs and ability level. Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy will be pleased to provide advice but will not be held responsible in the event that the content doesn’t meet an individual’s expectations.
• All courses start promptly on time, if you are going to be delayed please notify us.
• It may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient number or sickness of the tutor etc. In the event of this happening an alternative date will be offered.
• We reserve the right to decline applications.
• Late bookings are accepted subject to availability, all fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All students are required to abide by the Health and Safety Policy and any other regulations set out by Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy.
• Any queries should be referred to the course administrator Zahida Ashraf.
• Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy or its employees cannot accept liability for any damage or loss of clothing, belongings or any personal effects, personal harm whilst attending courses, caused as a result of not following course instructions or abiding to the Health and Safety regulations.
• Data Protection Act; Your details will be stored on a computer system used by Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy. These details will be kept no longer than necessary and you are entitled to request a copy of all information held about you.
• No refund or reschedule of course will be offered for students failing to attend the course with no prior notice of cancellation.
• The terms and conditions set herein are a complete statement of agreement between the course applicant and Beautology Hair & Make-up Training Academy and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.
• All information on this page is up to date however is subject to change. You agree to ensure you are aware and kept up to date of changes to this agreement.
